Free parking for persons with disabilities (PWD)

At Sheremetyevo International Airport, at each Paid parking area, at least 10% of parking spaces are designated for vehicles operated by disabled individuals of groups I, II, and III, as well as vehicles transporting such individuals and/or children with disabilities (Article 15 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated November 24, 1995, No. 181-FZ "On Social Protection of Disabled Persons in the Russian Federation").

Clients with disabilities use spaces in the official parking lots of Sheremetyevo free of charge. The condition for free exit from the parking area is the presence of information about the disabled person's vehicle in the Federal Register of Disabled Persons. Verification is carried out by an employee of LLC "Sheremetyevo Parking" using an online service on the Gosuslugi/EMIAS portal. In the absence of data in the Register, the right to free use of a parking space in the airport's Paid parking areas is not granted; parking fees are charged according to the current tariff.

Drivers with disabilities (or transporting disabled individuals) park their vehicles in parking lots or in open parking areas in specially designated spaces marked with "Parking for Disabled" signs. If a disabled person's vehicle is parked in regular parking spaces, as well as in the "Comfort-B" (4th level of Parking B) and "Comfort-C" (4th level of Parking C) zones, the parking service will be provided on a general basis according to the current tariff. Parking of disabled persons' vehicles in car-sharing zones (2nd level of Parking B, Parking C, Parking D), as well as in the Train Station Square in the Departure/Arrival zones for a period exceeding the non-chargeable time, is considered a violation of the Rules and is subject to the imposition of appropriate penalties.

The most convenient spaces for the free parking of disabled persons' vehicles are located in the multi-level parking lots of Terminals B, C, and D. In the parking lots of Terminals B and C, in addition to designated spots in the public parking area, there are specialized parking zones for passengers with limited health capabilities (PHC). Entry to these zones is through a separate barrier. Upon entry, it is necessary to contact the dispatcher using the intercom installed at the counter and provide the vehicle's state registration number. After confirming the right to free parking, access to the parking zone will be granted.
In other official airport parking areas, similar verification is carried out at the moment of the vehicle's exit from the parking area.
