The "Comfort" parking area is becoming an increasingly sought-after location in Parking B. The area is located on the 4th level of the parking garage, near the pedestrian gallery that connects the parking building with the terminals of the Northern complex. Within walking distance from the "Comfort" area is the security checkpoint at the entrance to Terminal B (more details about the screening rules can be found in the section "Security Screening at the Entrance to the Terminals" on the official airport website).

Parking spaces in the "Comfort" area are isolated from transit traffic, which simplifies parking vehicles as well as picking up or dropping off passengers.

Customers of the "Comfort" parking area can use one of several electric vehicle charging stations with a power of 11 kW for free. The stations are equipped with a Type 2 charging cable.

Participants of the "Aeroflot Bonus" Loyalty Program can use accumulated miles to pay for official parking services at Sheremetyevo International Airport. 

To do this:
1. Log in to the Personal Account of the Aeroflot mobile app version 4.3.0 and above on Android operating system. To install or update the mobile app, follow the instructions.
2. In the "Spend Miles" section, select the "Parking for Miles" option.
3. When leaving the parking lot, scan the parking ticket and confirm the deduction of miles.

The discount can be obtained at the Paid Parking Administration offices:

<li>Terminal D parking – located on the 1st floor at the exit from the parking.</li>
</ul>
The basis for the discount is the Certificate of a large family issued in any region of the Russian Federation. The Certificate should be presented to the cashier before paying for the parking services.
After obtaining the discount, payment can be made in cash or by bank card at the cashier's desk.
The 25% discount applies to parking of any duration.

As of December 24, 2025, updated rates for official parking at Sheremetyevo International Airport will come into effect. The changes will affect most areas, including parking near the Terminals, open parking, VIP parking, and "Comfort" zones.

What are the reasons for the changes?&nbsp; The official parking facilities at Sheremetyevo consist of a system including multi-level complexes with elevators, overhead galleries, inspection points, and interactive services. We regularly invest in expanding parking areas, equipment, and modernizing information systems. Updating rates is a necessary step to maintain service quality and further development.

Payment for parking on general terms is available:

New parking rates starting from December 24, 2025.

The expansion of pedestrian sidewalks has been completed in the "Arrival" area of Sheremetyevo's Northern Terminal Complex (Terminals B and C). This is one of the important infrastructure solutions aimed at enhancing the comfort and safety of airport passengers.
The square in front of Terminals B and C was originally designed with a priority on the throughput of road traffic. Over time, thanks to a series of implemented measures, the transportation load has been significantly redistributed. The number of entry and exit groups has been increased by 60%, and the launch of a fourth transport line has expanded the "Arrival" area by a quarter, more than halved the average travel time through it, and increased the overall speed of vehicle movement. The issue of traffic jams has been addressed systematically.
The next step is to improve conditions for pedestrians. By slightly narrowing the roadway, all sidewalks separating transport lines in the "Arrival" area of Terminals B and C have been widened. Passengers can now move more conveniently around the square, traveling from the terminals to the buses, to the taxi and private transport pick-up sectors. Waiting for a vehicle in the pick-up sector has also become more comfortable—without obstructing other pedestrians.
The infrastructure upgrade aims to make the airport experience comfortable from the very first moments. For most passengers, the airport begins with parking, the road, and the square in front of the terminal. Here, the first impression is formed—and it is here that thoughtful logistics and attention to detail are crucial.

The sidewalks in the station square of the STK have been widened: more comfort for pedestrians.

Starting from October 16, 2025, Parking C has a specialized parking area for passengers with limited mobility (PLM). The area is located on the third level of the parking garage – next to the elevator lobby and the pedestrian gallery connecting the parking to Terminals B and C. This location minimizes the distance from the vehicle to the inspection and check-in points, providing additional convenience.
The service can be accessed provided that the vehicle information is registered in the Federal Registry of Disabled Persons. Entry to the parking area is through a separate barrier. Upon entry, it is necessary to contact the dispatcher using the intercom located at the stand and provide the vehicle's license plate number. After confirming the right to free parking, access to the PLM area will be granted.
The feature of this project is a new level of personalization: access to the parking space is granted on an individual request basis and is accompanied by a verification of the client's status through government sources. This ensures targeted use of the area and maximally adapts the parking infrastructure to the needs of passengers with disabilities.

The countdown for paid time in the "Comfort" zone starts after scanning the ticket; the minimum chargeable time segment is 1 hour. You are granted 10 free minutes to reach the "Comfort" zone from the moment you enter the parking.

From the region via the Leningrad Highway (E105): follow the sign "SHEREMETYEVO-1" and make a U-turn near Novopodrezkovo. After 1.8 km, turn from the Leningrad Highway onto the Sheremetyevo Highway following the sign "SHEREMETYEVO, Terminals A, B, C." Continue straight for 11.7 km around the Sheremetyevo airport area, passing Terminals B and C. Turn right following the sign "Terminal D".

Without entering the Station Square, follow Sheremetyevskoe Highway along Terminals B and C, keeping to the right lane. From Moscow via the Leningrad Highway (E105): follow the sign for &laquo;SHEREMETYEVO&raquo;, turn onto International Highway and continue straight for 10.5 km. Parking R13 is located on the right, before the turn onto Lobnenskoye Highway. The entrance to the parking lot is immediately after the traffic light at the pedestrian crossing.
From the region via the Leningrad Highway (E105): follow the sign for &laquo;SHEREMETYEVO-1&raquo;, turn around near the settlement of Novopodrezkovo, and after the turnaround, turn onto Sheremetyevskoye Highway. Continue straight for 9.5 km, past Terminals B and C. At the roundabout, turn around and proceed in the opposite direction for 4.5 km. Parking R13 is located on the right, before the turn onto Lobnenskoye Highway. The entrance to the parking lot is immediately after the traffic light at the pedestrian crossing.
Toll highway M11 &laquo;Neva&raquo;: the exit to International Highway towards Terminals D, E, F is located at 25 km of the highway. Then proceed along Starosheremetyevskoye Highway, bypassing the airport territory, towards Terminals A, B, C. From Moscow via the Leningrad Highway (E105): Follow the sign "SHEREMETYEVO-1," turn onto Sheremetyevskoye Highway and go straight for 6 km. Turn left onto Lobenetskoye Highway, and after 150 meters, turn left onto Aviatsionnaya Street. The entrance to parking P17 is just after the turn, on the right side.
From the region via the Leningrad Highway (E105): Follow the sign "SHEREMETYEVO-1," make a U-turn near Novopodrezkovo settlement and continue along Sheremetyevskoye Highway similarly to the route from Moscow.
Toll highway M11 "Neva": The exit to Sheremetyevskoye Highway towards Terminals A, B, C is located at 28 km of the highway (the current toll for using the highway can be found on the <a href="https://m11-neva.ru/rate/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">operator's website</a>).
<h3>From the parking lot to the Terminal</h3>
Follow the sidewalk along Aviatsionnaya Street to the multi-level parking building of Terminal B. From the parking elevator lobby, go up to the 4th floor and walk through the covered walkway into the Terminal building.&nbsp;

From Moscow via the Leningrad Highway (E105): follow the sign for &laquo;SHEREMETYEVO-2,3 Terminals A, D, E, F&raquo; and turn onto the International Highway, then continue straight for 5 km. Follow the sign for &laquo;TERMINAL E, F&raquo; to enter the airport area. At the roundabout, take the second exit to the left. The entrance to the parking lot is 50 meters after the roundabout, on the right side.
From the region via the Leningrad Highway (E105): follow the sign for &laquo;SHEREMETYEVO-1&raquo; and make a U-turn near the village of Novopodrezkovo. After 1.8 km, turn from the Leningrad Highway onto Sheremetyevo Highway following the sign for &laquo;SHEREMETYEVO, Terminals A, B, C&raquo;. Continue straight for 11 km around the Sheremetyevo airport area, passing Terminals B and C. Take the right exit following the sign for "Terminal E, F". Go straight through the roundabout (2nd exit). The entrance to the parking lot is 50 meters after the roundabout, on the right side.

<h3>From the parking lot to Terminals B, C, D and back</h3>
You can reach any of the airport terminals from the Aeroexpress terminal. To do this, exit Parking EF and follow along the parking building towards the &laquo;Radisson Blu&raquo; hotel (see the map). The entrance to the Aeroexpress terminal is located at the end of the building. Go up to the 3rd floor and follow the signs. Terminal D is connected to the Aeroexpress terminal by a covered pedestrian gallery. For trips to Terminals B and C, use the unmanned train that runs between the Southern and Northern terminal complexes. This route is marked on the signs as Interterminal Transfer (ITT).

P12 &mdash; STK During peak flight times (6:00-9:00 and 19:00-24:00), the bus frequency is reduced to every 15 minutes. At other times, buses depart every 30&nbsp;minutes.

From Moscow via the Leningrad Highway (E105): follow the sign for "SHEREMETYEVO-1", turn onto Sheremetyevo Highway and go straight for 5.5 km. Before the Northern Terminal Complex (Terminals B and C), exit to the right into the Arrival area, onto the nearest access road to the Terminal buildings. Drive through the station square to the end, and without leaving it, continue along the Terminal building, following the signs for "VIP B" (see the map-scheme below).
From the region via the Leningrad Highway (E105): follow the sign for "SHEREMETYEVO-1", make a U-turn near the settlement of Novopodrezkovo, and follow Sheremetyevo Highway similarly to the route from Moscow.
Toll Expressway M11 "Neva": the exit to Sheremetyevo Highway in the direction of Terminals A, B, C is located at the twenty-eighth kilometer of the route (the current toll cost is available on the <a href="https://m11-neva.ru/rate/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">operator's</a> website).

The VIP parking for Terminal C is located 250 meters from the entrance group; follow the signs "VIP C" (see the map below).
