Dear users! The "Sheremetyevo Parking" website continues to develop digital services. One of the next steps is the launch of a Personal Account and a new Loyalty Program for those who regularly use the official airport parking. In order to set up the Loyalty Program, more than 30 user behavior scenarios have already been developed as part of an internal IT project, and the bonus calculation model is being tested on historical data. But before we roll out the system "to the public," we want to hear from you. What incentives would truly be useful? What do you think should earn bonuses? Perhaps you will suggest an unconventional mechanism, and it may form the basis of the future solution.
