Starting from October 16, 2025, Parking C has a specialized parking area for passengers with limited mobility (PLM). The area is located on the third level of the parking garage – next to the elevator lobby and the pedestrian gallery connecting the parking to Terminals B and C. This location minimizes the distance from the vehicle to the inspection and check-in points, providing additional convenience.
The service can be accessed provided that the vehicle information is registered in the Federal Registry of Disabled Persons. Entry to the parking area is through a separate barrier. Upon entry, it is necessary to contact the dispatcher using the intercom located at the stand and provide the vehicle's license plate number. After confirming the right to free parking, access to the PLM area will be granted.
The feature of this project is a new level of personalization: access to the parking space is granted on an individual request basis and is accompanied by a verification of the client's status through government sources. This ensures targeted use of the area and maximally adapts the parking infrastructure to the needs of passengers with disabilities.
