The parking area "Comfort B" is a special location in Parking B. The capacity of the "Comfort B" area is 88 spaces (there are no designated free parking spaces for vehicles transporting disabled individuals). The maximum allowable height of the vehicle is 2.20 m. The area is located on the 4th level of the parking garage, near the pedestrian gallery connecting the parking building to the terminals of the Northern complex. Within walking distance from the "Comfort" area is the inspection checkpoint at the entrance to Terminal B. The parking spaces in the "Comfort" area are isolated from transit traffic, making it easier to park cars and to pick up or drop off passengers. Customers of the "Comfort B" parking area can use one of several electric vehicle charging stations free of charge. The stations are equipped with a charging cable with a Type 2 connector. To ensure order and safety for you and other visitors, parking rules apply on the premises, and violation of these rules results in a fine of 3000 rubles, specifically: parking vehicles in driveways, as well as on entry/exit ramps; parking vehicles in two spaces; parking vehicles outside of designated areas marked by markings and road signs; parking vehicles in branded car-sharing zones; parking internal combustion engine vehicles in electric vehicle charging spaces.

To the Parking Building

From Moscow via Leningrad Highway (E105):
follow the sign "SHEREMETYEVO-1," turn onto Sheremetyevo Highway, and drive straight for 5.5 km. The parking is located on the left side of the highway, opposite Terminal B. The exit from the highway is indicated to the left.

From the region via Leningrad Highway (E105):
follow the sign "SHEREMETYEVO-1," turn around near Novopodrezkovo settlement, and follow Sheremetyevo Highway as you would from Moscow.

Toll Highway M11 "Neva":
the exit to Sheremetyevo Highway towards Terminals A, B, C is at the twenty-eighth kilometer of the route (current toll rates are available on the operator's website).

To the "Comfort" Zone

In Parking B, go up the entrance ramp to the 4th level. The route to the "Comfort" zone inside the parking building is marked on signs placed above the roadway. Upon entering the "Comfort" zone, scan the barcode on the parking ticket you received by bringing it close to the scanner at the entrance post.

The countdown for paid time in the "Comfort" zone starts after scanning the ticket; the minimum chargeable time segment is 1 hour. You are granted 10 free minutes to reach the "Comfort" zone from the moment you enter the parking.

Fines in the station area

The free waiting time in the "Arrival" zone (on the transport routes along Terminals B and C) is 10 minutes. Exceeding this limit will result in a penalty of 4000 ₽/hour.

The free waiting time in the "Departure" zone (on the transport routes along the multi-level parking of Terminals B and C) is 10 minutes. Exceeding the 10-minute limit will result in a penalty of 4000 ₽/hour.

The same penalty applies for the third and subsequent entries into the "Departure" and/or "Arrival" zones of Terminals B and C within two hours of the first entry.
