Parking B is a multi-level building opposite Terminal B, accommodating 2300 passenger cars. The maximum allowed height for vehicles is 2.20 m. The parking area includes public parking spaces and designated locations – car-sharing zones (2nd level) and the "Comfort" parking area (4th level). Clients of the "Comfort" zone can take advantage of a free electric vehicle charging service. An overhead walkway to the Terminal complex, equipped with a passenger screening area, is located on the 4th level of the parking garage. The countdown for paid parking time begins from the moment the parking ticket is issued; free time is not provided. The minimum chargeable time segment is 1 hour. For short-term passenger drop-off/pick-up, we recommend using the "Departure" zone – transport lines along the main facade of the parking. The first 10 minutes in the "Departure" zone are free. Drivers with disabilities (or transporting disabled individuals) are allowed to park in any parking spaces within levels 1-4, except in designated locations. Information on the provision of free parking spaces for disabled individuals is provided in the "Benefits" section. We would like to draw drivers' attention to the restrictions related to being in the "Arrival" and "Departure" zones. Please familiarize yourself with the "Rules" and be attentive when traveling to the airport. To ensure order and safety for you and other visitors, parking rules are in effect in the area, non-compliance with which will result in a fine of 3000 rubles, specifically: parking a vehicle in driveways, as well as on entry/exit ramps; parking a vehicle in two parking spaces; parking a vehicle outside of specially designated areas marked with lines and road signs; parking a vehicle in designated branded car-sharing zones; parking a vehicle with an internal combustion engine in electric vehicle charging spaces.

To the Parking

From Moscow via the Leningrad Highway (E105):
Follow the sign “SHEREMETYEVO-1,” turn onto Sheremetyevskoe highway and drive straight for 5.5 km. The parking is located to the left of the highway, opposite Terminal B. The exit from the highway is to the left according to the sign.

From the region via the Leningrad Highway (E105):
Follow the sign “SHEREMETYEVO-1,” turn around near the Novopodrezkovo settlement and follow Sheremetyevskoe highway similarly to the route from Moscow.

Toll Highway M11 “Neva”:
The exit to Sheremetyevskoe highway towards Terminals A, B, C is located at the twenty-eighth kilometer of the road (the current toll rate can be found on the operator's website).

From the Parking to the Terminals and Back

Terminals B and C are connected to Parking B via a covered pedestrian gallery.
For trips to Terminals D, E, F, use the automated train that runs between the North and South terminal complexes. This route is marked on the signs as Interterminal Transfer (ITP).

Fines in the station area

The free parking time in the "Arrival" zone (on the transport lines along Terminals B and C) is 10 minutes. Exceeding this limit will incur a penalty of 4000 ₽/hour.

The free parking time in the "Departure" zone (on the transport lines along the multi-level parking of Terminals B and C) is 10 minutes. Exceeding the 10-minute limit will incur a penalty of 4000 ₽/hour.

The same penalty applies for the third and subsequent entries into the "Departure" and/or "Arrival" zones of Terminals B and C within two hours from the first entry.
