The "Comfort C" parking area is a new location in Parking C. The capacity of the "Comfort C" area is 70 parking spaces (there are no designated spaces for free parking for vehicles transporting disabled persons). The maximum allowable height of the vehicle is 2.20 m. The area is located on the 4th level of the parking facility, near the pedestrian gallery connecting the parking building with the Northern complex terminals. Within walking distance from the "Comfort" area is the security checkpoint at the entrance to Terminal C. The parking spaces in the "Comfort" area are isolated from transit traffic, which simplifies parking of vehicles as well as boarding or disembarking passengers. To ensure order and safety for you and other visitors, parking rules are in effect on the premises, and non-compliance will result in a fine of 3000 rubles, specifically: parking a vehicle in driveways, as well as on entry/exit ramps; parking a vehicle in two spaces; parking a vehicle outside specially designated areas marked with markings and traffic signs; parking a vehicle in designated branded car-sharing zones; parking a vehicle with an internal combustion engine in electric vehicle charging spots.

To the Parking Building

From Moscow via the Leningrad Highway (E105):
follow the sign for “SHEREMETYEVO-1,” turn onto Sheremetyevskoe Highway and go straight for 5 km. The parking is located on the left side of the highway, opposite Terminal C. Exit from the highway is to the left according to the sign.

From the Region via the Leningrad Highway (E105):
follow the sign for “SHEREMETYEVO-1,” turn around near the settlement of Novopodrezkovo and follow Sheremetyevskoe Highway similarly to the route from Moscow.

Toll Highway M11 “Neva”:
the exit to Sheremetyevskoe Highway towards Terminals A, B, C is located at the 28th kilometer of the road (current toll rates for the highway can be found on the operator's website).

To the “Comfort” Zone

In Parking C, drive to the opposite end of the building and ascend the entrance ramp to the 4th level. Upon entering the “Comfort” zone, scan the barcode on the parking ticket you received by holding the ticket up to the scanning device at the entrance booth.

The countdown of paid time in the “Comfort” zone starts after scanning the ticket; the minimum chargeable time segment is 1 hour. You are granted 10 free minutes to enter the “Comfort” zone from the moment you enter the parking.

Fines in the station area

The free stay time in the "Arrival" zone (on the transport lines along Terminals B and C) is 10 minutes. Exceeding this limit will result in a penalty of 4000 ₽/hour.

The free stay time in the "Departure" zone (on the transport lines along the multi-level parking of Terminals B and C) is 10 minutes. Exceeding the 10-minute limit will result in a penalty of 4000 ₽/hour.

The same penalty amount applies for the third and subsequent entries into the "Departure" and/or "Arrival" zones of Terminals B and C within two hours from the first entry.

Terms

To determine the fee with the unit of measurement "₽/hour," any part of the hour is rounded up to the nearest whole hour. To determine the fee with the unit of measurement "₽/day," any part of the day is rounded up to the nearest whole day.

The total cost of parking is the sum of all hourly or daily rates.

The fee for restoring a parking ticket in case of damage or loss is 4,000 ₽.

Fee for non-compliance with parking regulations for vehicles: parking vehicles in driveways, as well as on entrance/exit ramps; parking vehicles in two parking spaces; parking vehicles outside specially designated areas marked by road markings and signs; parking vehicles in designated branded car-sharing zones; parking vehicles with internal combustion engines in electric vehicle charging spots – 3000 ₽.
