Booking area of the STC
Entry is only possible with prior reservation. You can familiarize yourself with the Reservation Rules on our website.
The parking spaces in the reservation area are isolated from transit traffic, making it easier to park vehicles as well as to board or disembark passengers.
To ensure order and safety for you and other visitors, parking rules apply in the area, non-compliance with which may result in a fine of 3000 rubles, specifically: placing (parking) a vehicle in driveways, as well as on entry/exit ramps; placing a vehicle in two parking spaces; placing a vehicle outside of designated areas marked with lines and road signs; placing a vehicle in branded car-sharing zones; placing an internal combustion engine vehicle in electric vehicle charging spots.

To the Parking
From Moscow via the Leningrad Highway (E105):
follow the sign "SHEREMETYEVO-1", turn onto Sheremetyevo Highway and continue straight for 5 km. The parking is located on the left side of the highway, opposite Terminal B. The exit from the highway is marked to the left.
From the region via the Leningrad Highway (E105):
follow the sign "SHEREMETYEVO-1", turn around near the Novopodrezkovo settlement and follow Sheremetyevo Highway similarly to the route from Moscow.
Toll Expressway M11 "Neva":
the exit to Sheremetyevo Highway towards Terminals A, B, C is located at the twenty-eighth kilometer of the route (the current toll rate for the highway is available on the operator's website).

Fines in the station area
The free waiting time in the "Arrival" zone (on transport lines along Terminals B and C) is 10 minutes. Exceeding this limit by the driver will incur a penalty of 4000 ₽/hour.
The free waiting time in the "Departure" zone (on transport lines along the multilevel parking of Terminals B and C) is 10 minutes. Exceeding the 10-minute limit by the driver will incur a penalty of 4000 ₽/hour.
The same penalty applies for the third and subsequent entries into the "Departure" and/or "Arrival" zones of Terminals B and C within two hours from the first entry.
