On June 27, 2022, the operation of Parking R18 was resumed, which had previously been closed due to the construction of the railway terminal. R18 is the "fastest" parking option for passengers of Terminal B: the walk to the terminal will take only 3-5 minutes.

The parking capacity is 269 spaces. The parking area is paved and illuminated, with clearly visible markings indicating parking spaces and driveways.

You can reach the parking lot via Sheremetyevo Highway, turning onto it from the Leningrad Highway (E105) or from the M11 "Neva" expressway. Without entering the terminal area, you should continue along Sheremetyevo Highway alongside Terminals B and C, and after 100 meters from the Terminal B building, turn right towards the parking entrance.

The cost for one hour of parking at R18 is 300 rubles (for more than two hours, a daily rate applies). The cost for each day of parking will be 900 rubles.

Parking R18 is a true surprise for history enthusiasts. In the center of the parking space stands an aviation monument to the Il-62M aircraft – the flagship of the Soviet civil aviation fleet. On the website of Sheremetyevo International Airport, you will find an interesting [story about the opening of the monument](https://www.svo.aero/ru/press_center/press_releases/sheremetevo-opened-airplane-monument) and a video about the history of the legendary aircraft.

The second attraction of the location is a small three-story building that separates Parking R18 from the airfield. This is the first terminal of Sheremetyevo, which looks almost the same as it did in a historical photograph after 60 years.

New Parking R18: convenient and fast

<a href="https://parkingsvo.ru/parkovki/parking-terminala-b-zona-komfort/">Comfort Zone</a>
Since June 20, 2022, passengers and guests of Sheremetyevo Airport have access to a new parking area called "Comfort" – a special location in the Multi-Level Parking of Terminal B. It is located on the 4th level of the parking garage, near the pedestrian gallery that connects the parking building with the Terminal. Within walking distance from the designated parking spaces is the inspection point at the entrance to the Terminal.
The parking spaces in the "Comfort" zone are isolated from transit traffic, making it easier to park cars and ensuring safer boarding/alighting for passengers.
The "Comfort" zone includes a parking space for electric vehicles with free charging available. The electric space is equipped with a branded docking station from a well-known car manufacturer, with a capacity of 11 kW. To use the charging service, it is necessary to inform the parking dispatcher in advance by calling <a href="tel:89250029093">+7 (925) 002-90-93</a> and follow their instructions.
To enter and park your vehicle in the "Comfort" zone, use the ticket received upon entering the Terminal B parking garage. The cost for parking in the "Comfort" zone is 500 rubles per hour (after two hours, a daily rate applies). The cost for each day of parking will be 1400 rubles.
<a href="https://parkingsvo.ru/parkovki/otkryitaya-parkovka-p12/">Parking P12</a>
From June 20, 2022, the surface Parking P12 resumes operations. Car owners can choose between two parking sectors: with open parking spaces (rate – 250 ₽/day) and covered spaces, sheltered from precipitation (rate – 300 ₽/day).
Parking P12 is located away from the airport, at the intersection of Novoe and Sheremetyevo highways. A free shuttle bus operates between Parking P12 and the Northern Terminal Complex (Terminals B and C). Passengers of P12 are picked up and dropped off at the second lane from the Terminal B building, near the lighting pole numbered 99. The bus stop is marked with an appropriate informational sign. Client transfers from the parking lot are conducted around the clock, every 30 minutes (see the "Transfer Route Map").

Update of tariffs for Sheremetyevo flat parking.

From 00:00 Moscow time on May 1, 2022, the remote Parking P12 introduces a restriction on opening new parking sessions: placing vehicles in the P12 area will be unavailable. Passengers of Sheremetyevo who have already used the services of P12 can leave the parking lot at any time.

Due to the transfer of airline flights to Terminals B and C, we recommend using the parking facilities of the Northern Terminal Complex (NTC) for vehicle placement. Available to car owners are the <a href="/parking/p2-b">Terminal B parking</a>, <a href="/parking/p2-c">Terminal C parking</a>, and the surface parking lots <a href="/parking/p13">P13</a> and <a href="/parking/p17">P17</a>.

The multi-level parking lots of Terminals B and C are the most comfortable parking option. The parking buildings are connected to the Terminals by covered pedestrian galleries, and crossing to the departure area takes no more than 5 minutes. In the multi-level parking lots, the service of <a href="/parking">Booking</a> a parking space is available, and the flexible pricing system provides a decrease in price depending on the duration of parking.

Any parking session can be paid for <a href="/online">online</a> on the official website of "Sheremetyevo Parking."

Changes in the transfer operation from Parking P12

Sheremetyevo Airport, amid a reduction in international air travel, will suspend passenger service in Terminal D starting March 15 of this year. At the same time, the operation of the airport's parking facilities will be optimized.

Parking in the multi-level parking lot of Terminal D will be available only to airport and airline employees from that date. Access to the parking area can be made using personal vehicles with official passes or with cars from car-sharing services Delimobil, Citydrive, and Yandex.Drive.

Flights from airlines operating in Terminal D will be moved to Terminals B and C. More details about the upcoming changes can be found in the material on the official airport website.

Passengers who have booked parking in Terminal D from March 15 onward are asked to use the booking cancellation service in the Feedback section. We apologize for the necessary inconveniences.

For additional information or immediate consultation, you can contact the Sheremetyevo Parking LLC Contact Center at 8 (800) 707-96-72 (available 24/7).

Terminal D parking suspends services.

The car-sharing service <a href="https://citydrive.ru/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Citydrive</a> is now among the official partners of Sheremetyevo International Airport. This means that users of the service can complete their car rental for free on the airport premises or pick up a car upon arrival in Moscow.

Parking spaces for car-sharing vehicles are located on the 2nd level of the parking lot of Terminal B (STK, Northern Terminal Complex) and the 2nd level of the parking lot of Terminal D (UTC, Southern Terminal Complex). Both locations can be easily found in the Citydrive mobile app: to do this, open the car map, tap the settings icon in the top right corner of the screen, and apply the "Designated Parking" filter. If you then tap on the blue parking marker, a window with detailed information about it will open.

At Sheremetyevo, a convenient entry and exit algorithm based on license plate recognition is in place for car-sharing clients, without the use of a parking ticket. In most cases, the system successfully identifies the vehicle and issues a command to open the barrier. In cases where, due to adverse weather conditions, the vehicle's license plate cannot be read correctly, the client should press the call button at the barrier and follow the dispatcher’s instructions.

The short-term car rental service Citydrive is available in mobile applications for iOS and Android. Currently, the operator's fleet consists of over 6,000 vehicles of various makes and comfort classes; the company's clients choose cars that suit them best.

New rates for covered parking.

The modern 5-level parking facility of Terminal C, with a capacity of 2,500 parking spaces, was put into operation simultaneously with Terminal C in January 2020. However, in March of the same year, the operation of the facility was suspended due to a reduction in international air traffic.

After 1.5 years, the parking facility resumed operations. It will accept vehicles of passengers on international flights of Aeroflot.

Detailed information about the parking facility, traffic routes, and service costs can be found in the section <a href="/parking/p2-c">Multi-level Parking of Terminal C.</a>

We recommend drivers arriving at the airport in personal vehicles to use the Multi-level Parking or transit lanes along the parking building for passenger drop-off and pick-up. The first 30 minutes of stay in these locations are free!

We advise taxi drivers to use the extreme left access lane to Terminal C. It is equipped with additional exits to Sheremetyevo Highway, which significantly simplifies and speeds up passenger service.

Book a parking space at SVO.

Starting from February 1, 2021, new <a href="https://parking-admin.svo.aero/storage/2023/11/08/37eb5856e547162527fd77ebb56af2b836c79d8e.pdf">Rules for Using the Terminal Areas</a> come into effect at Sheremetyevo International Airport (JSC MAS).

According to the new regulations, car owners will be able to enter the Airport's Terminal Area for free no more than twice within two hours from the first entry. The third and subsequent entries within the specified time will be considered a violation of the Rules and will incur a penalty fee. The number of vehicle entries is monitored across all Terminal Areas of the Airport (Terminals B, C, D, E, F).

This measure will help optimize traffic on the access roads and Terminal Area, making passenger boarding and disembarking at the Airport faster and more comfortable.

We remind you that the non-chargeable period for vehicles in the Sheremetyevo Terminal Area is 10 minutes for Terminals B and C, and 15 minutes for Terminals D, E, and F. For longer parking, there are 3 multi-level parking garages near the Terminals and 5 surface parking lots around the Airport perimeter. The cost of services changes based on the principle of "closer - faster, farther - cheaper."

The first 30 minutes in the parking lot of Terminal B are free!

Let's unify the rates of covered parking lots.

At LLC "Sheremetyevo Parking," the Unified Information Service 24/7 operates around the clock. Operators receive calls on the "hotline" number 8-800-707-96-72, assisting clients with technical and informational issues, and consulting on tariffs and services. If necessary, the Service operator will redirect the client’s request to the relevant specialists in the company.

The second area of work for the contact center is processing and formulating responses to messages sent by users through the <a href="/help/contact-us">feedback form</a>. Among the options presented in the Form is a new “callback” service. If the client requesting the service does not specify a time for contact, the first available operator will return the call.

The foundation of the Unified Information Service 24/7 is a modern information system with features for automatic registration of incoming data, audio and visual notifications, task distribution, and record keeping. No inquiry from an individual or legal entity will go unanswered by the Service staff. Because – Your call is very important to us!

The unified information service 24/7 will answer your question.

On the first snowy day of winter, the multi-level parking of international Terminals E and F is once again open for vehicle placement.

The parking capacity is 350 parking spaces. The walk to Terminals E and F takes 2-3 minutes, and to Terminal D – about 5 minutes.

Only daily rates apply in the parking lot. The cost for the first and second days of parking is 600 rubles per day. From the third day onward, the rate will automatically update to 400 rubles per day, starting from the first day. Thus, a 3-day parking duration will cost the passenger the price of 2 days!

The daily rate for the Parking of Terminals E and F is the lowest among official covered parking lots in Moscow airports. And – no snowstorms or icy rains.

Use the calculator in this section to calculate the parking cost for your preferred period.

Computer vision technologies have long ceased to be the domain of laboratories. They are penetrating everyday life, and parking is no exception. At Sheremetyevo International Airport, an Intelligent Monitoring and Navigation System called "CoParking" has been implemented in the multi-level parking lots of Terminals B and C. This is not just video surveillance; it is a full-fledged computer vision system managed by an ensemble of neural networks. It addresses a range of tasks, from operational navigation to security control and integration with external digital services. In Parking C, the system has already demonstrated its effectiveness over a year of operation, while in Parking B, it is currently undergoing testing – the system is adapting to real scenarios, and engineers are fine-tuning its algorithms. &nbsp; System Architecture In the parking lots of Terminals B and C, more than 1,600 intelligent cameras are involved in total. LED occupancy indicators are installed above the parking spots, with colors changing according to the status of the spot: green – available, red – occupied. The cameras act as intelligent sensors: they not only capture images but also analyze them using deep learning technologies. Information is aggregated on a central management server, where it is processed in real-time. From the server, data is distributed in two main directions. The first is to electronic displays and interactive diagrams on the "Sheremetyevo Parking" website: this provides navigation for drivers. The second is to the CAPS, a comprehensive automated parking system. CAPS is responsible for calculating parking costs, managing access media (parking tickets, RFID tags, state registration plates – GRZ), and storing session history. Video stream processing is based on a complex of computer vision methods. First of all, the neural network performs object detection: architectures such as YOLO (You Only Look Once) allow real-time identification of cars, people, and other significant elements in the frame. In the next step, pixel segmentation is applied to each parking spot: the system creates masks that enable high-precision determination of spot occupancy, even if the car is parked unevenly or partially obscured by another object. Moreover, analyzing these masks dynamically allows for automatic identification of parking violations: non-compliance with markings, parking a vehicle in two or more spots, stopping in driveways. State registration plates are read using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) based on neural networks – the system effectively handles dirty or poorly lit plates. Finally, algorithms are used to analyze movement and capture events (for example, accidents or suspicious activity around a car) by comparing frames and assessing distances to objects, tracking their trajectory.
After a year of operating the system in Parking Terminal C, developers, using supervised learning mechanisms, have accumulated and annotated a significant array of data from the cameras, allowing for further training of the neural networks on real scenarios. As a result, the accuracy of recognizing parking spot occupancy has reached 97–98%, and the reliability of detecting violations and incidents is confidently approaching these same figures.
This complex computer vision system is not assembled merely for the sake of technology itself; its main task is to make parking as convenient and safe as possible for the driver.
 What the User Receives
For car owners, "CoParking" offers a whole set of digital services available through a unified infrastructure.
Navigation. This is the basic scenario. Upon entering the parking lot, displays show the number of available spots on each floor. At intersections, signs direct drivers to free areas. Color LED indicators light up above each block of parking spots. According to calculations, the time spent searching for a parking spot is reduced by an average of 35%.
Finding a Car. An <a href="https://parking.svo.su/occupiedplaces?terminal=C">interactive map</a> is available on the "Sheremetyevo Parking" website, displaying real-time occupancy of spots in Parking Terminals B and C. Additionally, a function for <a href="https://parking.svo.su/findcar">finding a car</a> by state number is implemented: the system shows the floor, parking spot number, and builds a route from the elevator lobby.
Security Control and Violation Detection. The system automatically identifies parking rule violations. A video fragment is generated for each event (for violations – several photo captures at specified time intervals). The access medium (ticket or GRZ) can be automatically blocked – this makes it impossible to exit the parking lot until the fine is paid. For all events, the system notifies the dispatcher and, if necessary, sends information to the website for display in the client's Personal Account.
 Development Prospects
"CoParking" is an evolving platform. In the near future, additional services are planned to be implemented in the Personal Account. Among them are "Traffic Control" (the client can block their vehicle's exit via a switch in the interface; if the vehicle attempts to move, the system captures the incident, notifying the client and dispatcher) and "Online Video Surveillance" (access to a live video stream from the camera above their parking spot). These services are currently in the design stage and will be launched after completing all technical and legal procedures.
Thus, the innovation represents not just a monitoring system, but a multifunctional digital platform that transforms parking from a routine procedure into a managed service with a high level of comfort and safety.

Computer vision at Sheremetyevo parking: how the system sees and analyzes thousands of parking spaces.

The expansion of pedestrian sidewalks has been completed in the "Arrival" area of Sheremetyevo's Northern Terminal Complex (Terminals B and C). This is one of the important infrastructure solutions aimed at enhancing the comfort and safety of airport passengers.
The square in front of Terminals B and C was originally designed with a priority on the throughput of road traffic. Over time, thanks to a series of implemented measures, the transportation load has been significantly redistributed. The number of entry and exit groups has been increased by 60%, and the launch of a fourth transport line has expanded the "Arrival" area by a quarter, more than halved the average travel time through it, and increased the overall speed of vehicle movement. The issue of traffic jams has been addressed systematically.
The next step is to improve conditions for pedestrians. By slightly narrowing the roadway, all sidewalks separating transport lines in the "Arrival" area of Terminals B and C have been widened. Passengers can now move more conveniently around the square, traveling from the terminals to the buses, to the taxi and private transport pick-up sectors. Waiting for a vehicle in the pick-up sector has also become more comfortable—without obstructing other pedestrians.
The infrastructure upgrade aims to make the airport experience comfortable from the very first moments. For most passengers, the airport begins with parking, the road, and the square in front of the terminal. Here, the first impression is formed—and it is here that thoughtful logistics and attention to detail are crucial.

<ul>
</ul>
