In the outgoing year, the new website of LLC "Sheremetyevo Parking," developed in collaboration with the Oxem studio, received silver awards in two prestigious internet project competitions: the "Runet Rating 2023" (in the "Auto and Moto" category) and the "Tagline Awards 2023" (in the "Best Website for Auto and Moto Business" category).

The winners of both competitions were determined through a similar scheme – in several stages, the first of which was voting by hundreds of (!) owners, top managers, and art directors of Russian digital agencies and production companies. Then, an expert jury, consisting of past winners, representatives of major corporations, and subject matter experts in the relevant categories and disciplines, joined the process. Long before the results were announced, the award organizers reported a record number of applications, a high level of competition entries, and the most authoritative jury compositions in the history of Russian digital competitions.

The concept of the new "Sheremetyevo Parking" website was developed with the needs of the main audience in mind – passengers and guests of the airport arriving or leaving by vehicle. The homepage of the site features quick access to the functions for calculating parking costs, booking, and online payment. The concise design solution for the parking list allows users to quickly familiarize themselves with information about rates and the duration of travel from parking to the Terminals.

The object cards on the "Parking" page have become more informative: key characteristics of the objects (Covered, Electric, Disabled spaces, etc.) have been added to the card covers, and inside the cards – photographs, detailed descriptions of the route to the parking and Terminals, a list of additional services, and an interactive map with the ability to build a route to the parking.

In the "Legal Information" section, users can familiarize themselves with the "Price List" and the "Rules for Using the Station Square and Paid Parking at Sheremetyevo International Airport." In the "Help" section of the main menu of the site, users can access a convenient online application form and find answers to frequently asked questions.

The new "Sheremetyevo Parking" website was developed using PWA (Progressive Web Apps) technology. It is supported by all browsers and allows for the conversion of the site into a mobile application that loads quickly on smartphones and tablets. At the same time, all the advantages of working with the site on a "large screen" of a stationary computer have been preserved.

"Runet Rating" is a nationwide competition for websites and mobile applications, held annually among developers and project owners. Winners of the competition in 2023.

"Tagline Awards" is the largest digital award in Europe. Results of the "Tagline Awards 2023."

New parking tariffs and entry conditions for "Departure" zones starting from December 22, 2023.

From September 20, 2023, Sheremetyevo International Airport, in collaboration with the Department of Transport and Development of the Road Transport Infrastructure of the City of Moscow, has conducted a series of comprehensive measures to optimize traffic flow in the arrival area of Terminals B and C (the "Aircraft Arrival" zone) and has reorganized the location of passenger pick-up points for taxis and private vehicles.

To prevent congestion, traffic flows in the "Aircraft Arrival" zone have been distributed among three access lines. The first line, closest to the terminal building, is designated for public transport and access to VIP lounges. The second line is for passenger pick-up by private vehicles and taxis operating under premium rates, while the third line is for taxis of other categories.

Instead of navigation by column numbers, the terminal square has been divided into sectors for vehicle stopping. Each sector has a unique designation consisting of the Latin letters "B" or "C" (depending on which terminal the sector is located in) and a sequential number. For passenger convenience, a color-coded navigation system has been used in the signage: green indicates pick-up points for private vehicles, yellow for taxis with Economy, Comfort, and Comfort+ tariffs, and black for premium-rate taxis. White, blue, and red signs mark public transport stops.

The sector numbers for passenger pick-up have been used on road signs and navigation indicators inside the terminals. The Yandex Go app will guide users on how to reach the desired sector after collecting their luggage. The service will orient users on where to call a car: clients will see hints on the map showing pick-up locations on the relevant line. This will make it easier for drivers to find passengers and should facilitate smoother traffic flow.

The changes will also affect the routes for transfers to hotels and remote parking lots. New arrival and departure points for shuttles to hotels have been established in the "Departure C" zone – along the access lines beside the main façade of Terminal C's parking. The bus stop for Parking P12 is located on the Terminal B square in the "Departure B" zone, on the second transport line from Parking B. Access to the terminal building or bus exits is provided via a pedestrian gallery between the parking building and the terminals.

According to conducted studies, the reorganization of passenger pick-up points will reduce congestion in the terminal square of Terminals B and C and increase the traffic capacity of the "Aircraft Arrival" zone by up to 28%.

During the summer vacation period, from June 1 to September 30, the frequency of buses providing free transfers between Parking <a href="/parking/p12">R12</a> and the Northern Terminal Complex (Terminals B and C) will increase.
Daily from 06:00 to 09:00 and from 18:00 to 21:00, buses will run in both directions every 15 minutes, while during other times – every half hour. Comfortable buses operate on the route around the clock according to the <a href="https://parkingsvo.ru/parkovki/otkryitaya-parkovka-p12/raspisanie-shatla.html">schedule</a>; the journey duration does not exceed 20 minutes. At the Northern Terminal Complex, passengers can board and alight at the Station Square in the "Departure B" zone, on the 2nd transport line from Parking B.
The popular budget parking R12 is located at the intersection of Starosheremetyevskoye and Novoye Highways and serves all airport terminals. We recommend using the <a href="/parking">Reservation</a> service for a parking space in the open area or under a canopy to protect against precipitation.

Update on parking rates at Sheremetyevo in June 2023

As of May 17, 2023, new <a href="https://parkingsvo.ru/yuridicheskaya-informacziya/pravila-polzovaniya.html">Rules</a> come into effect that define the procedure for dropping off taxi passengers at the terminal areas of Sheremetyevo International Airport.

According to the new version of the Rules, the drop-off of passengers arriving at Terminals B and C by taxi must be carried out exclusively in the "DEPARTURE" zone – on the access lanes along the buildings of Parking B and Parking C. After this, airport visitors will be able to proceed within just a few minutes via the overhead walkways from the parking lots to the Terminals, passing through security checks directly in the parking buildings.

Dropping off taxi passengers in the "ARRIVAL" zone will be considered a violation of the Rules, leading to measures being taken against the offending vehicle to block access to the terminal areas and Paid parking at Sheremetyevo International Airport for a period of 48 (forty-eight) hours.

This measure will help optimize traffic flow on the access roads and terminal area, making the boarding/alighting of passengers quicker and more comfortable.

The "Comfort" parking zone is becoming an increasingly popular location in Parking B. The zone is located on the 4th level of the parking facility, near the pedestrian gallery connecting the parking building with the terminals of the Northern complex. Within walking distance from the "Comfort" zone is the security screening point at the entrance to Terminal B (detailed rules for passing through security can be found in the section "Security Screening at the Entrance to the Terminals" on the official airport website).

The parking spaces in the "Comfort" zone are isolated from transit traffic, making it easier to park cars as well as to pick up or drop off passengers.

Customers of the "Comfort" parking zone can use one of several 11 kW electric vehicle charging stations for free. The stations are equipped with a Type 2 charging cable.

On June 27, 2022, the operation of Parking R18 was resumed, which had previously been closed due to the construction of the railway terminal. R18 is the "fastest" parking option for passengers of Terminal B: the walk to the terminal will take only 3-5 minutes.

The parking capacity is 269 spaces. The parking area is paved and illuminated, with clearly visible markings indicating parking spaces and driveways.

You can reach the parking lot via Sheremetyevo Highway, turning onto it from the Leningrad Highway (E105) or from the M11 "Neva" expressway. Without entering the terminal area, you should continue along Sheremetyevo Highway alongside Terminals B and C, and after 100 meters from the Terminal B building, turn right towards the parking entrance.

The cost for one hour of parking at R18 is 300 rubles (for more than two hours, a daily rate applies). The cost for each day of parking will be 900 rubles.

Parking R18 is a true surprise for history enthusiasts. In the center of the parking space stands an aviation monument to the Il-62M aircraft – the flagship of the Soviet civil aviation fleet. New Parking R18: convenient and fast

Since June 20, 2022, passengers and guests of Sheremetyevo Airport have access to a new parking area called "Comfort" – a special location in the Multi-Level Parking of Terminal B. It is located on the 4th level of the parking garage, near the pedestrian gallery that connects the parking building with the Terminal. Within walking distance from the designated parking spaces is the inspection point at the entrance to the Terminal.
The parking spaces in the "Comfort" zone are isolated from transit traffic, making it easier to park cars and ensuring safer boarding/alighting for passengers.
The "Comfort" zone includes a parking space for electric vehicles with free charging available. The electric space is equipped with a branded docking station from a well-known car manufacturer, with a capacity of 11 kW. To use the charging service, it is necessary to inform the parking dispatcher in advance by calling <a href="tel:89250029093">+7 (925) 002-90-93</a> and follow their instructions.
To enter and park your vehicle in the "Comfort" zone, use the ticket received upon entering the Terminal B parking garage. The cost for parking in the "Comfort" zone is 500 rubles per hour (after two hours, a daily rate applies). The cost for each day of parking will be 1400 rubles.

From June 20, 2022, the surface Parking P12 resumes operations. Car owners can choose between two parking sectors: with open parking spaces (rate – 250 ₽/day) and covered spaces, sheltered from precipitation (rate – 300 ₽/day).
Parking P12 is located away from the airport, at the intersection of Novoe and Sheremetyevo highways. A free shuttle bus operates between Parking P12 and the Northern Terminal Complex (Terminals B and C). Passengers of P12 are picked up and dropped off at the second lane from the Terminal B building, near the lighting pole numbered 99. The bus stop is marked with an appropriate informational sign. Client transfers from the parking lot are conducted around the clock, every 30 minutes (see the "Transfer Route Map").

Sheremetyevo Parking: A Zone of Personal Comfort!

From June 1, 2022, the multi-level parking of Terminals E/F becomes even more accessible for passengers at Sheremetyevo. The cost of daily parking will be just 200 rubles, which is the lowest price for parking a car in the official airports of Moscow!

Parking E/F is located on the territory of the Southern Terminal Complex (STC). From June 6, 2022, passengers can travel between the Southern Terminal Complex (STC) and the Northern Terminal Complex (Terminals B and C) on comfortable Aeroexpress trains. For customers of the multi-level parking at Terminals E/F, the transfer between the airport terminals during the day will be free.

To board the train, a parking ticket confirming the car's placement in the parking of Terminals E/F will be required. Changes in the transfer operation from Parking P12

Every year, on December 31st... and on all the days leading up to the New Year, there is a mass departure of passengers from Sheremetyevo. How can you avoid difficulties in finding a parking space if you plan to arrive at the airport in your own car and park it for the duration of your trip?

First of all, check the information on the number of available spaces in the official airport parking lots. Real-time data is displayed in the "Parking" section, in the property cards: the green numbers in the "Spaces Available" line indicate the number of available parking spots. Of course, this data is only accurate at the moment, and the situation may change, but even this will help the driver to correctly plan the route and calculate the arrival time at the Departure Terminal.

Parking S customers have another useful innovation available – an interactive parking map with a layout of each floor and the indication of available spaces on the floor.

The second recommendation for motorists: use the Terminal D parking and other parking lots of the Southern Terminal Complex (even if the flight's departure point is Terminals B or C). Where to find a parking space in pre-New Year Sheremetyevo?

The Sheremetyevo International Airport has expanded the terminal area of the Northern Terminal Complex – STC (Terminals B and C) with the opening of the 4th transport line. The new two-lane access road separates transport flows to Terminals B and C (see traffic diagrams). Cars heading to the "Arrivals" zone of Terminal B now have the option of direct access. In turn, vehicles leaving the "Arrivals" zone of Terminal C can exit the airport immediately without needing to go through the terminal area of Terminal B. Thus, the additional 4th line has reduced the volume of transit traffic and increased the overall capacity of the terminal area.

Line No. 4 is marked on updated road signs on Sheremetyevskoye Highway and is taken into account in Yandex's mapping services when planning routes to Terminals B and C.

This project is part of a comprehensive program to improve road traffic in the airport area. Sheremetyevo International Airport, in collaboration with the Department of Transport and Development of Road Transport Infrastructure of Moscow and the Ministry of Transport and Road Infrastructure of the Moscow Region, has previously implemented a number of improvements:

- Distribution of transport flows in the "Departure" and "Arrival" zones of the STC terminal area;
- Optimization of taxi operating rules;
- Reconstruction of exit groups in the "Arrival" zone of the STC;
- Organization of specialized sectors for passenger boarding by priority and types of transport in the terminal areas of Terminals B and C.

With the introduction of the additional transport line, the area of the "Arrival" zone of the STC has increased by 25%, and the number of entry groups has increased to 11 (by 60%). The average time for vehicles to pass through the "Arrival" zones of Terminals B and C has decreased from 58 seconds to 22 seconds (by 2.6 times), and the speed of movement has significantly increased – on average from 12 to 32 km/h. The expansion of the terminal area of the STC and the construction of exits from adjacent facilities and overhead pedestrian crossings on Aviatsionnaya Street have reduced the frequency and duration of traffic jams in the area of the transportation hub formed by Aviatsionnaya Street, Sheremetyevskoye Highway, and Lobnenskoye Highway by 4.8 times.

The renovation projects for the road infrastructure are actively supported by Yandex, thanks to which innovations are promptly reflected in the operations of Yandex.Go and Yandex.Maps applications.

Starting from October 16, 2025, Parking C has a specialized parking area for passengers with limited mobility (PLM). The area is located on the third level of the parking garage – next to the elevator lobby and the pedestrian gallery connecting the parking to Terminals B and C. This location minimizes the distance from the vehicle to the inspection and check-in points, providing additional convenience.
The service can be accessed provided that the vehicle information is registered in the Federal Registry of Disabled Persons. Entry to the parking area is through a separate barrier. Upon entry, it is necessary to contact the dispatcher using the intercom located at the stand and provide the vehicle's license plate number. After confirming the right to free parking, access to the PLM area will be granted.

The card can be quickly obtained directly at Sheremetyevo Airport. The card is issued based on a Russian or foreign passport.

"I am especially pleased that we are launching this program on the eve of the 2018 FIFA World Cup. As the main air gateway of the country, we will be sending and receiving many compatriots traveling to football matches, along with foreign guests. The SVO club Mastercard can be standard or premium, with the possibility of opening a credit limit (up to 300,000 rubles for standard and up to 1 million rubles for premium).
The holder of the premium card receives 7% in bonuses for each purchase made in the "Travel" category (payment for air and train tickets, hotel bookings, car rentals), while the owner of the standard card is rewarded with 5%.
Bonuses for purchases in any retail stores within the airport amount to 5% regardless of the type of card, and when paying with the card in other categories in any stores outside the airport, it is 1%. One bonus equals one ruble.
The premium card entitles the holder to free parking directly in the multi-level parking of Terminal D for 14 days a year, while the standard card allows for 7 days. The premium card is profitable and multi-currency: up to 7% in bonuses is credited on the account balance, and the client is provided with three accounts — in rubles, dollars, and euros, which allows them to avoid losing funds on conversions when paying in foreign countries. The premium card allows for cash withdrawals without commission at any bank's ATM in Russia and abroad, as well as free insurance for traveling abroad for oneself and relatives with coverage up to 100,000 euros.
